Free Shipping:

Members of the Free Zest Membership Program enjoy free standard shipping with a minimum purchase of $75 before tax, excluding charitable donations. Free shipping also applies to product refills for members. Details may apply. See product page for any product-specific details and conditions.

All other customers enjoy free standard shipping with a minimum purchase of $125 before tax, excluding charitable donations.

Orders shipped to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories may be excluded based on shipping carrier costs, to be determined at the discretion of The Zest Spice Company.

Exceptions may apply.

 

Free Shipping for Refills:
Members of the Zest Membership Program enjoy free standard shipping on all product refills. Tracking details will not be provided for refill orders under $75. See product page for any product-specific details and conditions.

Lost order claims can be submitted to info@zestspices.ca, to be reviewed and approved at the sole discretion of The Zest Spice Company. If approved, we will send a replacement product within 1 business day. The Zest Spice Company reserves the right to cancel memberships if it is determined that the return policy is being violated in any form, at our sole discretion.

Shipping Times:
Orders should arrive within 5-10 business days, based on the shipping carrier’s best effort. The Zest Spice Company cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Orders ship from The Zest Spice Company Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Out-of-stock products available for backorder will be shipped as soon as possible based on our best effort.

Shipping Locations:
The Zest Spice Company currently only ships within Canada.

Delivery

Responsibility of the Customer

Delivery
Delivery options are selecting by the customer at time of check-out. Tracking numbers may be available, depending on the delivery option selected. Any unclaimed orders/deliveries are the responsibility of the customer. Unclaimed orders or deliveries will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges. Unclaimed orders can also be reshipped to the customer at an additional shipping cost.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Customers may report damaged items with photo proof within 2 days of delivery. Proof of damage must not be discarded until the issue has been fully resolved.

Accuracy of Address
All errors in address information entered at time of purchase is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Zest Spice Company will make its best effort to assist in matters related in incomplete shipping information.

Order Tracking
Tracking information is available on all applicable orders. Tracking information may not be available on standard shipping options and/or product refill orders qualifying for free shipping.
