But, as simple as it seems, a perfectly grilled chicken breast needs some prep.
In this recipe, we start by butterflying our chicken breasts, then submerge them in a salt brine for a few hours. This helps keep the meat moist and juicy. Then we season, and grill for about 15-20 minutes.
